Michael Moosbrugger is the Founder and CEO of Moose Pack Inc (MPI), a venture studio and business development company that builds, acquires, and operates a portfolio of 37+ technology ventures spanning artificial intelligence, augmented reality, post-quantum security, ethics governance, health innovation, and education.

A graduate of Scottsdale Community College and Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, Michael combines business acumen with deep technical expertise. He has architected 303+ proprietary algorithms, holds multiple patents pending across his portfolio, and built a 496-tool AI command center that coordinates 48 autonomous agents across every venture.

He is also the founder of the International Ethical Standards Institute (IESI) and its AI Collaborative Ethics Authority (ACEA) — establishing a 13-badge global certification framework for responsible AI deployment, aligned with the EU AI Act. His published works span technology, science, personal development, and strategy.
